I recieved a call and voicemail, several actually, from a man named Mike working for Texas Process Servers. He contacted me to let me know that a law firm was filing to take me to court and was contracting with them to serve me a summons. They left the contact number for the Sawyer and Malone law firm at 1-888-422-5810. This representative also told me that the law firm was filing for garnishment of my wages and that they were trying to reach me before the law firm filed. A representative from "Sawyer and Malone" also reached out stating that I owed around $2000 to CashNetUSA and that I was being sent a summons by Texas Process Servers. When I stated that I had never recieved or applied for a loan from CashNetUSA, "Mr. Malone" told me that I would have to deal with that in court. I told him nope and also that my county in Texas, which I work for, does not use process servers to deliver "court summons", and then I hung up. They can feel free to come and get me.
