I completed a BOIR filing online in 2024. apparently it was through a scam company. I received an email 5/2025 reminding me of an upcoming charge for annual enrollment. I cancelled my account online and via email. I was still charged in 5/2025. I reported fraud through my bank, but it was not resolved. I was charged again 1/2026 and 2/206 under a different business name (all for the same amount). I reported fraud to my bank and froze my account. I contacted BOIR by phone 1 888-423-7390 and tehy confirmed my account was closed and had no other charges, even though I had been charged 3 times.
