Received letter stating that we needed to contact the writer with regards to Warranty coverage on a used vehicle purchase we did. Made it seem that we needed to contact them to activate our service contract. Letter says IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED and has all the proper vehicle information. Blatant scam letter but looks official enough that I can see people contacting them and being tricked into purchasing something they dont need.
