Scam letter with what appeared at first glance to be a check for $199.00 at the bottom. It displayed the name of our original mortgage lender prominently, but at the bottom of the "check" stated they were not affiliated with the lender and that this was not a check. The only method to contact them was the phone number 1-888-512-0195 [BBB Scam Type: Advance Fee Loan] [Business: Universal Lending Corp] [Location: CO, USA- 80125]
