Called stating they were Sevier County Electric and that they were disconnecting my electrical within the hour as I had a past due balance in collections that I had not paid. Stated they had attempted to inform me via mailed letters prior. I asked how would I go about payment. Provided me with a phone number to make a payment 888-562-3931. I then called Sevier County Electric Main Phone Number they were able to verify I did not have a disconnect notice nor an unpaid balance.
