Purchased NoBlue Glasses online after a YouTube advertisement claimed that it helped improve vision regardless of distance. Made additional claims to what the product alleged to offer. Once the glasses were received, my wife and I noticed that there is not difference whatsoever with clarity regardless of use. Product is also cheaply made. When I contacted the customer service via email (within the 30 day return policy window), I just kept receiving automatically generated responses offering a discount on the product to "save" on return shipping costs. Every reply to the email just kept regurgitating different versions of the same automatic reply. I contacted the 1-888-662-1127 phone number to only reach two different digital personnel that stated I was outside of the return window and abruptly hung up without providing any resolutions.
