I received a phone call from Shirley Reston. Wanting to know my address. She said she was going to come by my house and serve me paperwork to go to court. She never showed up. I called the company back and spoke to Patrick Collins. He said I owed $4000.00 for an installment loan from 2017. I never took out a loan. I wasn't even working at that time. So I am making a complaint about this company. The other phone number I have is 888-694-4540. [BBB Scam Type: Debt Collections] [Business: H M Management] [Location: MO, USA- 63137]
Left a voicemail " Hello, this message is intended for (name). This is Scott White contacting you with PRS. I have a scheduled delivery for tracking number ... with the expecting arrival between 4 and 5 pm at (address) to obtain signature on the documents. This paperwork is being filed against (name and DOB) Any questions or need to reschedule, contact the filing firm directly at 888-694-4540.
