I received a letter informing me that my property was secured by the lender Taylor Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Cor. This is false as I own my property and never used this mortgage company. Received an official looking mailing from 'JP Morgan Chase Bank' addressed to a deceased relative. My home address became the mailing address for the estate. FINAL NOTICE about my property secured by JPMB, with something that looks like a check for $199. Much emphasis on calling now. Noticed the 888.749.8216 phone number flagged on BBB. Not sure what the same is, but probably related to doing something to "get" the $199. Property has no mortgage or any other relationship to the addressee.
