Received letter appearing to be an official document from a government agency. The letter itself appeared to be an a check or request for payment - it had the perforated tabs and stated “FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY”, and said “this document has a blue background and microprinting”, appearing like a check, but it just says “allocated waiver”. It was address directly to the homeowner. The phone number was 888-765-2251 and asked to call “RIGHT AWAY”.
