Spectrum called to say that my initial 50% reduction was about to expire. They offered me the chance to buy 2 $300 gift cards at Target in a special promotion. After I buy the cards I was to call 888.798.5072 to give them the gift card code and I would not be billed by spectrum for 6 mos AND then my bill would be cut in half for 18mos. I listened carefully and returned their call. I got a spectrum message and extension choice. I ALMOST fell for it!!!! I forgot that my phone did NOT register SPECTRUM in caller ID.
