Such extraneous services on benefit card were: roadside assist, radiology/colonoscopy, law assure, counseling, podiatry, text coach, healthcare advocacy, wellness resources, etc.. Company representatives give elusive company identifying information, throwing out random company names and addresses (of other companies) in effort to weave complicated web of deceptive information. Names referenced over phone or on cards include: ARC, Millenium, Gallagher, simplyhealth, UniCare, Family First, Summit... Emails they share are: [email protected] and findbestbenefit.com. Adroit was the name on bank draft statement, at 844 371 1180 or 800 269 3563. Company name "Look Both Ways Insurance LLC" was not apparent to us until after the fact.
