The item that was suppose to be purchased was a car charger but instead this company applied a charge for per this company for some type of VIP Membership which was not asked for. In contacting the company's customer service line by way of the number 888-832-9055 which was a voice mail and had instructions if you wanted to cancel type in YES and within 10 to 30 mins an agent would contact back at the number provided or e-mail. When contacted by several people by e-mail I was told it amount would not be refunded because it was for a membership so I have initiated a dispute with my financial institution. I have rechecked and rechecked no were within there website is the VIP Membership explained it is just mention as a charge that may appear on your bank statement and I was told by one of the customer service reps that the company that the product I was ordering from would explain the membership to me but I have not received my order number or any contact from said company. When contacted by this company not one of the reps explained the membership and how it was used they just kept saying the amount would not be returned.
