Ordered an Owl Ottocast for Christmas. I contacted the company 10 days after the order was created to get a status. They tell us they do not know the status because it is in a different time zone. (A Phone call that I made on 12/18/2025 at phone number 917-671-0888.) The representative said that the delivery address was wrong and needed to be corrected. I gave him the same address that was created as per the manifest. He insisted that he needed 24 hours to correct the address. I have been emailing this company and getting nothing but pushback as I have tried to cancel this order. They insist on charging me for a $25 restocking fee and a $10 cancellation fee. They stated that because we did not cancel within 24 hours of the order. The issue is that we were never made aware that there was an address issue, because no one from this company contacted us at any time. I had to email and call them 10 days after the order was placed to get a status update. It has been a major issue to get our refund back from this company.
