Consumer received several phone calls and follow-up email claiming I won a Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes since November 2025. The sender requested upfront payment of taxes/fees via wire transfer or MoneyPak prepaid cards. The letter also falsely references the Better Business Bureau and names “Stephen M. Kearny” as a financial officer. Consumer believes her info was leaked during the AT&T data breach. No payment was made.
