I placed an order for this unit in September 2025. Arrived several weeks later. Immediately upon receipt, due to an unfortunate & unplanned injury, I requested a return label. The website clearly states that RETURNS are easy, 90 days return with a FULL refund. This is April 1, 2026 and I have to receive my return label. I have let messages on the phone number provided 929 244-9874, NOTHING. I have sent at least 2 emails each month since September requesting my return label. NOTHING. Of course, 90 days has since passed and no correspondence. The unit has NEVER BEEN OPENED - I am so frustrated, I work very hard for my money and I am being taking advantage of and I am doing everything I know to prevent someone from experiencing this challenging situation and all I want is my TOTAL REFUND!!!!
