I ordered a pair of Cowin headphones from their website to replace a broken pair of the same model. The headphones I received from Cowin were a very poor quality unbranded counterfeit knock off. I emailed Cowin and requested a refund. Cowin responded and advised me to send the product back for a refund. Cowin refused to provide a return shipping label so I was forced to pay for return shipping. I sent the product back to the address Cowin provided and it was delivered to that address over a month ago. I've sent numerous emails and tried calling both numbers Cowin has listed on their email and have gotten no response. [email protected] , (814) 954 9058, (929) 359-6668 will not answer or respond.
