We placed an order for my daughter’s school uniform, but we never received an email confirmation. It has now been 15 days and we still have not received the order. I called the phone number listed in their contact information, but the number is disconnected. I also emailed them using the email address on their website, but I only received a generic automated response. I tried to track the order using the order confirmation number they provided on their website, but it says “no search results found.
