Myself, my Husband and Our son each received automated calls from different numbers to call another number (951-462-2649) because they needed to serve a complaint against me. I called today at around 1245 PM talked first to a Jennifer who was insisting that I had a 14 year old debt that I did not pay which is untrue to begin with and I would think, even if true, is way past the statute of limitations in Pennsylvania. She said I owed 7092.63 but on a credit card from Elam services. She claimed the account was opened on 5-1-2005 and closed out 12-1-2012!!! When I told Her I wasn't paying and would get a lawyer once I received the papers she proceeded to tell me they could take my car, auction off my property and garnish my wages. She then said there was a one-time offer to pay off 3541.31 but that it was a one-time offer. I always check my credit report, checked again mine and my Husbands after the call and there is no closed accounts on Our report for anything close to what she was trying to get me to pay. Then I called back and talked to a man Greg who told me he worked for Frazier Jenson and May lawfirm and when I questioned him he hung up on me!
