I paid 120 dollars to Creative markz February 28,2026 after he went on TikTok live stating all this large original printing had to go he was selling them for $120. At the time myself and another individual both purchased the same print. We discovered this while he was still on live, his response wasn’t provided on live, but privately through a voice note, stating we did not purchase the same painting but she got a print version of original. Which if we can be honest either of us knew this was an option. As to resolve the issue I did agree to accept another original and a print of the original painting I wanted. After this agreement , I asked Creative markz, when can I expect this to be ship out. He stated within the following Monday or Tuesday. I allowed them days to pass to no communication from him regarding this purchase, I would when he did response he made excuses regarding missing a train,when he arrive home he will provide me a tracking number. The tracking number he provided 9535616502876070506120, wasn’t shipped to the correct address which I communicated that to, he said he would fix it. Which he did not, the package only weighed 1 pound, which I underweight for this size and it being a canvas. It should have been around 3.5 pound to 6 pounds. The following communication was filled with empty promises. He recently went live again on TikTok, in which I discovered he was attempting to get 1200 dollars from another woman, I provided this nice lady with all out conversation to warn her of his scams. The following messages I received was an threat for legal action for warning this lady of his scamming ways. I am now blocked and have not received my painting nor my refund.
