On February 13, 2026, I placed an order for two pairs of Clarity Blue Glasses based on the company’s claim that they could replace prescription eyewear. I received the glasses approximately eleven days later. After trying them on, I experienced no improvement in vision and determined that the product did not perform as advertised. On February 24, 2026, I contacted the company to request a full refund. I was informed that they would not issue a full refund due to an 11% restocking fee and a 50% deduction based on a promotional discount, which would reduce my refund to $37. I declined this offer and requested to speak with a supervisor. I was told no supervisor was available but that one would return my call within two hours. I later received a voicemail asking me to return the call at 980-800-9289. When I called back, I was again told no supervisor was available, but the representative repeated the same reduced-refund offer. I reiterated that I was requesting a full refund, as the product did not work as advertised. I informed the representative that they could either process the full refund or I would proceed with filing a fraud dispute with my bank. At that point, I was told that a full refund would be issued within 3–5 business days. I am now waiting to confirm whether the full refund is processed. If it is not, I will move forward with filing a fraudulent charge dispute with my bank. [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Clarity Blue Glasses] [Location: CO, USA- 80011]
