Kept one and put it through the dishwasher because it’s a CERAMIC MUG. The logo bled. I went on the website to see where they conspicuously inform buyers that these mugs are not dishwasher safe like, you know, ceramic mugs. You have to scroll alllll the way down to see this in small print. So I decide to leave a review and click through in the email I receive that says “leave a review.” When I click, I’m asked to log in. So I do that. Then it just takes me to my orders page. There is NO OPTION TO LEAVE A REVIEW ANYWHERE. I open a ticket and complain about this and ask for the guy, Sean, to send me a link where I can leave a review. He responds that I have to send pictures of all 12 mugs bleeding in order for him to do anything. I respond and say, send me a link to leave a review and I can’t send pictures because I have the mugs out at the event. He writes back, doesn’t send a link to review and repeats that he can’t do anything unless I send pictures of all 12 mugs. So I gather that his reviews are fake. And the “leave a review” link is a scam. And their products SUCK.
