I ordered a 3-in-1 Heated Ankle Therapy. I got a confirmation for my order, with an order number, but the link to print it out was broken. It said "This site can't be reached account.neovolix.com server IP address could not be found". I attempted to email the company at the support email listed 3 times and didn't get a response, I went onto the site and put in the order ID# and that didn't work, I tried calling the company, but my phone just keeps saying "welcome to Verizon Wireless", so basically the number was wrong or not working. I checked my credit card company, and I was charged the $79.99, so I talked to my credit union who the credit card is through and immediately put in a dispute to which I am still waiting for their decision as to whether I will get my money back or not, even though they did issue me a temporary credit for $79.99 while the dispute is in process. I'm not sure what is going on, but their website is still up and looks like it is running, but I feel this whole thing was somehow a scam and maybe this website is a fake website as well?
