I placed an order for a Christmas tree skirt from actualapparel.com on 12/7/25 for $55.98. The website said that the skirt had a 4'' diameter center hole. The Christmas tree skirt I received did not have a center hole and thus will not function as a Christmas tree skirt. In addition, the item I received is a far cry from what was advertised, as shown in the pictures. I reached out to the company for a refund, and they advised that there are differences “due to suppliers” and that “some versions of this item are designed without a pre-cut hole, allowing customers to adjust or customize it according to their own tree size and stand.”, which is ridiculous and not at all what was advertised. They also claim that this “final sale” and would not respect my request for a refund. This item was not, and is still not, marked as final sale on their website. Their website return policy states that returns are “hassle free”. My purchase meets all of the requirements for a return.
