Me and my girlfriends thought we booked an All- Inclusive trip to the Dominican Republic thru SWA. We were on a conference call because we wanted to pay wirh separate credit cards. I dialed the toll-free number to Southwest Airlines. A Rep answered ans transferred our call to what we thought was SWA Getaway Vacations. Apparently, newgoflights intercepted the call and our information was given to a scammer. Around two weeks before travel dates, it was noticed no Booking # was given, only an Intinerary # in an email stating we were All Set. Due to SWA Rep stating they use a third -party for vacation pkgs we thought we were good to go. After not receiving a confirmation # and / or Booking# from the airline and our travel dates vastly approaching, I called Southwest Airlines only to find out the Intinerary # wasn't good and no reservation was listed . We never received a Booking #. SWA Rep searched my first / last name, email address & phone #. There was no reservations for us. I looked at the email received when trip was purchased. If there were questions you would need to email them. When I sent an email to [email protected] , i received No mx record found for domain=air-reservations.com , it was returned. There is no phone # listed. I checked my statment which showed NewGoflights. I googled the name which instantly came up scammer. We thought we paid for a vacation, but was scammed out of our money.
