I signed up with Akool.com for the three (3) day Free Trial Pro Version but after that, my laptop froze and I accidentally click on the upgrade button which happened less than a minute or two and my trial version was upgraded to a Business plan. Then my account was charged for $249 or Php15, 000.00 whwich I asked to be credited back. I tried reaching out by emailing at [email protected] to them but I only ended up speaking with a bot. Later today, I got a reply from the support team but they said they wont refund my money an nothing was heard afterwards. The email said "Hi DIGAUM, Thank you for your email. According to our policy, which the user agreed to, refunds for accidental purchases cannot be processed. Warm Regards, AKOOL This is not fair. I only wanted to try out the product why would I want to sign up for a business plan right away when I have not even check it out completely if it is what I want. It was only for a minute or two that my plan got upgraded to an error. I just need my money back. We are on a crisis and that money is huge, its Php15,000 my whole month's salary.
