I bought products from this company in July 2025. This morning (April 12th, 2026) I received a fraud alert from my banking institution for a charge from Alder Jewellers. I have not purchased anything new from this company in the last nine months. The bank was able to stop the payment and put a block on this company moving forward. When I reached out to the company to request information, here is how the communication went: --------------- Online Form Completed by me to the company: "I request to know what items were purchased using my card." I provided only my email address and full name. No card info. ------------ Email received from Alder Jewellers Customer Service, yet came routed from an external email ( [email protected] ): "Hello *****, Thank you for contacting us! We’re sorry to hear that there is confusion with the charge. It shows that you signed up for a VIP membership and you have received following benefits: o A discount on first purchase. o Early access to new collections and exclusive product launches. o Ongoing discounts on all future purchases. o Free shipping on all orders during their membership.
