I placed an order #AH312647 with Alexander Hampton and never received my item. This company took my money, claimed that it was delivered after I waited over 2 weeks for receipt, and has not attempted to resolve my issue. I am appauled at this company's response which was them doing NOTHING to help me rectify nor resolve. And the fact that this was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter further upsets me. I spent $45, DID NOT receive the item, nor was a refund issued, and sadly I purchased shipping insurance at an additional cost which was another waste.
