Step-Uncle was looking for a motor and found the website allcityautostore.com with the one he was looking for. He purchased the motor via the website (https://allcityautostore.com) using a bank issue debit card. He received an email with an order number and an attached invoice in PDF format. Later the cardholder (his wife) received a message with a tracking number and another message stating the tracking number was not meant for him, it was for another customer.
