I started talking to Austin R. In Sept about purchasing one of his schnauzers thru msgr, finally made a decision on Oct 8th to purchase a pup named Echo! Now in the meantime I did my due diligence and researched the Facebook his page, Austin webpage (alwayschnauzer.com) and everything proved to be legit! (Side note: Austin was sympathetic to my personal situation and agreed to let me purchase on of his pups for $400). So I Put down a $200 deposit and then Was instructed to pay the other $200 to cover her vet bill and finalize her adoption papers. This was done bt Wed-Fri. I was to drive to his home in Tennessee and pick up the pup. On the way, I received a text saying he had a family emergency and we’d have to reschedule! We kept min. Contact and by Monday I was informed he had dropped the dog off at a Delivery Service and I was be responsible for some small fees to get my dog. I was scammed by the agency out of $700 for a crate rental and $1500 for transport insurance. And bc I delayed 1 day I would be required an add’l $800, by then I was pissed, disgusted and went to file a police report. Bt Austin Rodriguez, Cargo Logistics Agency I have been scammed out of $2600. I have pleaded with both the agency and Austin to either provide the dog, return my money or I’m reporting them publicly! The police said it falls bt a scam and bad business practices!!! So here is my store and I pray I can shield anyone else from get hurt and being taken for a ride. And this will be reported to the BBB of TN. Ended contact with Austin Nov 16. So from Sept-Nov, he made a fool out of me and of course I played a part! Buyers beware. And I have receipts!!!??
