The contest used a “donation-for-votes” system where each paid donation was represented as a charitable contribution benefiting Blood Cancer United. After donating, the votes I paid for were removed, and the processed donations were later reversed without explanation. The charity partner confirmed they were not aware donations were being reversed, and the business provided no working phone number or direct contact email. The website continued to promote the donations as charitable contributions even though the funds were not reaching the charity. This appears to be a deceptive fundraising practice involving misleading charitable claims, removal of paid votes, and a lack of transparency about where donations actually go.
