I had a problem with my Nordic Track treadmill. I thought I was speaking to the company chat bot, when I was actually speaking to the "Just Answer.com" chat bot. I was charged $5.00 for the answer to my question, which was incorrect. Then I started receiving monthly $65.00 bills for being a member. When I tried to speak with someone, it was impossible. Finally, I threaten legal action through their chat.bot and got a test message saying I was no longer a member and wouldn't get charged a billing again. This company has over 8,000 complaints on BBB.
