I purchased a car vacuum from Appareth.com through a Facebook ad. It worked for less than 5 minutes. I reached out to the company for support but since February 18 we have had 18 emails back and forth where I have been requesting a return address to ship the defective product back for a full refund. Instead the company keeps insisting that the shipping charges will be really high so they keep offering me partial refunds, the first of which was only $5 and the latest which was $13. I keep demanding a return address (original shipping was only $6.99) and the company refuses to provide the address, and only keeps offering a partial refund. I keep insisting that they provide the address the return the product, and am willing to pay the shipping fees. However, they have been persistent in avoiding fulfillment of my request.
