TLDR: Fake rental posting in Las Vegas, NV on multiple rental websites (Realtor.com, Appartments.com, Homes.com, ForRent.com) for fake address 9670 Summerville St Las Vegas, NV 89106 with property ID 2285223. This address does not exist and the posting is using images from another property that has been listed for sale at a different address (4870 Summerhill Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89121). Details: I put in a request to view the Summerville listing when browsing rental options on Appartments.com (seemed "too good to be true" based on super low rent for the property, and wasn't able to see the place on google street view since the listed address was in a gated community, but didn't see the harm in asking to see it in person) later received and email from Belinda Cable at TurboTenant (the listed management company on the Appartments.com listing) with a pre-screener to fill out in order to schedule a walk-through. the pre-screener didn't ask for any suspicious personal information (mainly contact info and monthly income estimate) and the email appeared legit with hyperlinks to the TurboTenant app. The next day I was contacted by an unknown number introducing themself as "Mr. Douglas" (no first name, second red flag after the low rent and gated address). "Mr Douglas" expressed the property was ready to move in ASAP (red flags piling up at this point) and him and his wife were looking for "an honest family that can take good care of my property like he or she owns it. I had already expressed only being interested in the property AFTER a walk through, at this point Mr Douglas sent a link from "landlordrentalapplication.com" with Rent Office LLC as the listed company to fill out a rental application prior to scheduling a walkthough and included asking for SSN and payment. At this point I had already figured it was a scam and was just going to [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Mr. Douglas TuboTenant Rent Office LLC Belin
