He is posing as a sales representative with Air Real estate and advised me that he has a buyer, He advised me and my wife to sign the proposal of purchase then they will start the process of setting up our escrow account and will have a contract sent over to sign, once this is signed and sent back, I will receive the login information for my escrow portal which will show deposited funds. At this time, I will need to send my timeshare and residency membership a transfer fee equal to five times the then-current maintenance fee which is noted under the Assignment of rights on my Residency Club and Timeshare agreements.
