My Citi credit account was hacked and $19.99 deducted for a "subscription" to AI service I knew nothing about. Immediately disputed, and resolved by bank. I went to website, chatted, and contacted to notify what happened. Received email stating that they "have made a one-time exception to our refund policy for your AI ..plan" I replied to ask how this plan was started.
