[US] Reminder that Atlax Express (atlaxexpress.com) is a complete scam. If you’re ordering anything through the internet and Atlax Express is the shipper, you got scammed, just like me! Atlax Express will send you an email claiming you as the purchaser must insure the package. They will claim you only need to send them $377, via Bitcoin or money transfer. Once this is done, they’ll claim an employee “accidentally” gave you the wrong insurance price. They’ll be pushy, insisting that you need to send them $422 more dollars ($799 total) to ensure your package’s delivery, all while never following through. If you try to cancel, they’ll say they’re totally going to be forwarding your package and address to “the authorities”. When they tried asking for the additional money in a way that directly contradicted their original email, I realized this was a scam. I thought the seller was genuine, so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but these pigs will try to press you for more money if you let them. DO NOT TRUST ATLAX EXPRESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THOSE WHO SHIP WITH THEM. DO NOT BE SCAMMED.
