I recently placed an order for a soap dispenser refill at https://attitudeliving.com/ Company name: Attitude Order Placed: February 7, 2026. A few minutes later, after I realized an issue with my Debit card, I sent Attitude an email (& I messaged them via their website's "Contact Form") requesting that my order be cancelled because of the issue with my Debit card. I then received this response: Hello Corey, We've received your request and forwarded it to our customer service team. Our team is currently outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time), but we'll reply as soon as we're back We aim to respond to all messages within 2 business days. During high-demand periods or promotional events, our response time may take a little longer, but rest assured that we are actively working to assist you. There's no need to submit another reguest, as this could result in additional delays. Thank you for your patience and trust The ATTITUDE Team. On Monday February 9th, I received an email stating that the order was shipped and that since it was shipped, they can't cancel the order. I just want my money back!
