I purchased three bras advertised as “lifting” and suitable for older women, based on claims implying meaningful support and performance. The products received were poor quality, provided no lift or support, insert pads had permanent dimples that show through clothing and did not perform as advertised. The marketing claims were exaggerated and misleading, creating false expectations about effectiveness. The items were not fit for their advertised purpose. I believe this company targets consumers—particularly older women—using deceptive claims and hype. I experienced financial loss and disappointment, and the company has not provided a satisfactory resolution. I request that this company’s advertising practices be reviewed for deceptive or misleading claims and that appropriate action be taken to protect consumers.
