I received your email on January 29th , 2026. I understand that your policy states that you have 30 days from product delivery to returning product. Yet Azure took 24 days to answer my request for a full refund. My first email to Azureboutique.com on 1/6/26 asked about the buy one get one free, which I never received, and my email was never acknowledged. My second email to Azureboutique.com on 1/7/26 requesting a refund was also unacknowledged. Azure purposely delayed a reply on two separate occasions, allowing a 24-day lapse in time before responding, which would allow Azure to benefit and not the customer, therefore further delaying the return of product after the 30 day window, forcing your customer to receive 20% refund...This SCAM has gone on long enough! Your company will be reported to the BBB along with the Attorney General's Office and noted on Facebook. [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Azure Boutique] [Location: CT, USA- 06002]
