I took time to research and find a website (that from research, indicated that site WAS reputable), to find a pair of Hello Kitty Cinnamoroll And Gift Boxes Blue Stripes Clogs For Kids And Adults to order for one of my children. I placed order on 10/17-18/2025, I used my email Victim Email, I have NOT received ANY correspondence from website/company BAFUD to date. I did keep open the page for which I got an order confirmation number and details, (for which I now, for some reason, do not have or cannot access anymore. I sent email to them on Nov. 4th 2025, inquiring about update/shipping/order status, as I have not heard from them yet, (order details here: Merchant Transaction ID: 9B936039PY726984V Your Transaction ID: 99693811M63822946 Purchase Date: October 17, 2025 Invoice ID: BAF-143642. I STILL have not received any kind of response. I sent another email on Nov 16th 2025. I will be contacting my credit card company and reporting the 45.94 charges as a fraud and contesting them, and have them remove or reverse charged to Bafud.com. I WOULD like to report this site WWW.BAFUD.COM as a strongly possible FRAUDULENT website for the record. I am not sure if the BBB can do anything to help me, but I would still like to report them as fraudulent.
