I PLACE AN ORDER WITH A TOTAL $29.25 but I didnt received a payment confirmation. I decided to look for more information and I saw the report here in bbb.com Dollars Lost $29.25 [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: BOOT BARN / impostor] [Location: OR, USA - 97838]
The scammers use a website that looks like it is American made. They have changed the name of the aite since i made my purchase, still using the same images, just different name. Anyway, the quality of the shoes is so poor and cheap and not even symmetrical. They are hideous, so bad that i wouldnt even want to donate them. I am not going to contact them for a refund because i probably wont get one. I knew something wasnt right when i didnt get an order number but i kept receiving emails from "Lily" who supposedly worked there saying my orser was on the way, yet there was no order number mentioned in any of the emails. They have customer service number, just an email address. I will be sure to look up co.pa ies i don't know at BBB.com before i order aomwthing from an unfamiliar company!
