This makes no sense. I placed an order on bhautorepairs.com using Afterpay. I then received a confirmation email from bhautorepairs but when I clicked on the email address it showed [email protected] . I also received a confirmation email from Afterpay which stated I made be purchase with Duckpay. I am still working with Afterpay to resolve this. On October 20 2025 my wife was searching for a shed. She found the website bhautorepairs.com (web site has been taken down )and a 12x12 shed for 565.24. 10/21/2025 I was able to chat with Evelyn about the shed(have the transcrip). I was actually wanting to pay the whole amount of $565.24 but Evelyn insisted that I go through Afterpay. On 10/23/25 I purchased using Afterpay and I made the first payment of 141.31 This was the only way the company would allow me to purchase the product. Received no confirmation, no invoice from bhauto. I sent email on November 3rd to Evelyn and never got another response and informed them that I would lock my card if they did not respond. No response on November 3rd so I locked the credit card. I then contacted Afterpay as they were now asking for second payment and informed them that i would not pay anymore until i received confirmation of first payment. Next communication was November 8 where Afterpay wanted additional information which I sent the same day. November 10th they requested information about the dispute. 11/11 responded back asking that someone contact me to help me get the correct information to them. They threatened to close the dispute and we would be responsible for the balance. Attachment's of emails to bhauto done on 11/11. Reply from Afterpay was instructing me to contact the vendor which I did twice before and attached screen shots. No reply that they received the attachments. 11/17 email from Afterpay asking again for evidence that I attempted to contact vendor. 11/17 they close the dispute claiming I had not given sufficient proof to resolve the issue. 11/18 I called Afterpay in Oakland CA and talked to Leonardo who was able to give me the email address to Guy Harvey the vendor. I immediately sent an email to asking for a document of proof that we were cancelling the order so I could resolve the issue with Afterpay.
