I am a long time user of bigcashweb.com but I am reporting on behalf of a family member I referred to the site a couple months ago. She earned 16,700 coins after a couple weeks of playing games and doing offers. A few hours after cashing out via PayPal she checked her account and it showed that the payment was not made and her account was negative (-) 147,489 coins. She contacted support and was falsely accused of taking abusing the cash back offers provided by the games. She was informed that her account would be on hold for 14 days but to keep playing without payment. I reported them to Trustpilot and they attempted to take it down as a fake review but was unsuccessful after I provided proof. Update: It has been over 14 days and not only has the account not been "released" but they have not responded to any emails over the past week.
