Advertisement sent through SnapChat for Blissshe.com. On the website they advertise as a small company out of Washington state USA. I purchased two bras of the same type but different colors and a pair of work out pants for $75.66 on Oct. 31, 2025. It took nearly a month to receive the items and when I did the quality was cheap, the bras and workout pants didn’t have any company labels and one of the bras was labeled size M but was clearly half the size of the other bra that was also a M. I contacted their support email and have been told that they can only refund $8 and as I continued to argue with the “support” personnel that was clearly from another country, suspected China as the carrier was listed as China and their english is not good. They refuse to provide a telephone number to speak with a representative or manager and that I can continue to communicate with them via email. They told me in order to refund me I would have to provide the tracking number via a photo of the package I received even though the package arrived in a plastic bag that was heavily taped and was damaged when opening it. I provided them with the tracking number from the order in an email as well as photos of the items I purchased as advertised online and also photos of the items I received.
