I went online to file the BOIR in December 2024. This website looked like the official government website. I filled out the required information and also provided the business checking account information so the fee could be drafted. I paid $349.00. (Unknown to me at the time, the report is free through the actual government website.) On December 30, 2025, I was surprised to see that BOIR had drafted another $349.00 from the business checking account for a report that is not required to be filed annually and is no longer required to be filed at all for businesses like mine. There has been absolutely no communication between myself and BOIR.com/.org since December 2024 and this company was never authorized to continue to draft my business account. There is no way to contact this company as no phone number is provided on their website and the email address they provide does not work.
