Beware britishmodules.com: Sent 3 fake Samsung chargers, committed customs fraud, and texted me racial slurs. TL;DR: I received 3 fake Samsung chargers for a total of €62.97 (£54.52) (base price + UK-NL shipping + customs) from the "British Modules" store, even though it has an excellent 4.4 rating on Trustpilot. The store also committed customs fraud by declaring the package value as nearly zero, likely to sneak their counterfeit goods past border inspections. When the seller saw the negative review, he sent racial slurs via the store’s official WhatsApp profile and SMS, cursed at me, and refused to accept a return. I have recording of the call, chat backups (attached), and photos of the fake packaging (attached). I didn’t ask for anything more than a refund and, ideally, the €13.45 customs fee. I’m going to the police. I bought three "Samsung 65W Trio Universal Power Adapters (EP-T6530)" from this store for €12.25 each. With UK-to-NL shipping, customs, and tax, the total came to €62.97 (£54.52). I checked Idealo beforehand, and the lowest price over the past three months was €19.97. Given their excellent Trustpilot rating, €12.25 a pop didn’t seem like a "too good to be true" scam. Well, the package arrived and it was immediately obvious the products were counterfeit. The packaging literally had typos like “serious injurier” and “PO Box 12987, Dubtin, IE”. I immediately requested a return on their website, left an honest review on Trustpilot to warn others, and submitted a complaint to Shopify. 2 days later in the evening, I got three back-to-back calls from a private number. I usually ignore them due to spam, but I finally picked up the third one around 8:00 PM. It was the store owner. It seems he’s the only employee there. He played the "small family business" card, begging me to change my review and promising to refund everything, including customs (mostly their handling fees, since the postNL workers ended up raising the total price of the goods to €16
