Good evening, I requested a charge back to my account due to the lack of merchandise and cancelation leading to no response on my cancelation. On March 11, 2026 I was advised that the mini jet was in stock then placed an order for a Mini Jet and wipes as described. On April 1, 2026 I was advised that I the link sent from the customer support team the item was a different item then what I requested which was supposed to be in stock and per there policy it states it would ship in 48 hrs. I requested to cancel the order on April 1, 2026 and was advised that my request would be forwarded to the Finance team on April 24, 2026 the status still showed awaiting fulfillment when I requested a cancelation. I reached out and received the same message that it would be sent to the Finance Team still no response. On April 27, 2026 I tried to reach out and no response. Then today I received a email stating my order was ready to ship when I had repeatedly asked to cancel but no response and change in status. I reached out to the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint and was advised to request a charge back on card ending in ****. Thanks in advance for the help. Please see attachments.
