He refused to provide contact information for his manager or anyone who would help us and told us to leave. Then, when I said I want my money back, he told us to go to bucketlisters for refund, which later they claim was just a software they use. Then, after many hours, the police were called to escort us out. We still do not have any refund, we have been victimized, no class for my 2 young children, no refund for our wasted time, trip to DC and for parking and psycological and emotional damage.
