The difference in domain names Location: Florida Hey guys I was wondering if he could clear something up for me. I came up with a business name for my website , and I wanna take it further with an l l c and all that to expand it. But I found someone else with basically the same exact name , but singular while mine is plural. For example , if his was bug.com , then mine was bugs.com. ​ So my question was, would I be in any kind of legal situations if I bought the "bugs" domain and a business under it? Like, it's got really successful.The original owner of bug.com decided to sue me because of copyright or something?
