Builddonuts.com is scammy. We found this donut delivery service online and it sounded fun. More expensive than just picking up a dozen but it's an activity so worth it, right? Wrong. Hidden in their terms and conditions (thats right, terms and conditons with hidden language and charges for a bakery) it says, it tiny letters, that no matter what you order -a dozen, half a dozen, specialty donuts- you will be automatically enrolled in a donut of the month club and automatically charged. Enrolled to recieve a dozen donuts at $16.95 per half doze, yep, per HALF dozen. All this before you've even tried the donuts for the first time and know if you like them or not. You can cancel but by the time you find out you're in this monthly club, you've been charged $40 (dont forget shipping). They refuse to get back to you when you try to get it reversed or to cancel. Suddenly, what seemed like fun has become a huge headache and fight. It could just be me but it seems unreasonable for a bakery to have terms like a software licensing agreement, especially since there is no mention of these terms or an "I AGREE" button when you pay. Save yourself the trouble and head down the street for a donut.
